Code of Conduct
- 1. Attendance – 100% attendance is mandatory for all students to obtain eligibility for course completion. Students must provide an application of leave / absence in case of sickness / any other reasons.
- 2. Punctuality – Always be a few minutes early or on time for class. No student will be allowed to enter the hall once the class starts.
- 3. Self-study, self-meditation and self-practice hours mentioned in the schedule will have no teaching faculty involved and are not mandatory to be practiced in Yoga hall. You can do the same in your room / other places too. It is intended to work as a guideline to help you plan your schedule, improve your practice and learning during the interim of the course
- 4. Photographs, video & other digital content acquired during the course from the management will be used for marketing reasons in the present / future and we maintain a healthy relationship by tagging in the photos / videos shared on school’s social media if you wish take part in it. If by any chance you do not want to be a part of it due to personal reasons, you have to inform the management within 48 hours after the ceremony and you will be carefully excluded in all instances keeping your concern in mind.
- 5. In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of the course by any student due to personal reasons / others, there will be no refund or reimbursement of the course fees provided when you leave.
- 6. Natural conditions (such as heavy rainfall, dampness, or other weather-related issues) are beyond our control, and the school shall not be held responsible for them.
- 7. During the course, if any student voluntarily chooses to stay outside the premises or make their own meal arrangements, no refund or adjustment of the paid fee will be provided.
- 8. Guardians / Friends / Outsiders are not allowed to enter the Yoga hall / class room at any time. Any act of such entertainment will lead to serious actions.
- 9. Active Participation – Students must participate in all the indoor / outdoor activities organized by the school as part of the program and excuses for absence will be entertained.
- 10. Students must take good care of their own belongings / bags / bottles they bring to the class. Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
- 11. Food / snacks / cool drinks & other edibles are not allowed in the yoga hall.
- 12. Yoga mats / blocks / belts / bolsters, etc provided by the school must be handled with and returned back to the original spots after the session ends. Mishandling / any breakage incurred would lead to replacement / reimbursement of the same.
- 13. Smoking & Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- 14. Gambling of any kind / Unlawful behavior inside the premises is not allowed.
- 15. Use or storage of prohibited articles / inflammable articles / banned articles / drugs or commercial goods is not allowed in the premises.
- 16. Misconduct by a student with other student/s / staff members – An act of exchange or money / gifts / other valuables / personal time share done willfully with a wrong intention is strictly prohibited. If, such activities / development of friendship / friends with benefits / personal relations of any sort is conducted Management will not be held responsible for it neither will it encourage or entertain the outcomes / challenges post such incidents. One must settle it outside the premises at one’s own risks and decisions.
- 17. Going outside of school without permission is not allowed. If you are going out without notice and end up in any sort of incidents, Management will not be held responsible for it.
Disclaimer: In case of violation of any / all of the above regulations or any misconduct as deemed to cause other’s / school inconvenience or discomfort, Management reserves all the rights to terminate / suspend a student/s from the program with immediate effect and may ask them to leave the premises the same day. No refund / other privileges will be provided in such cases.
