With over 15 years of dedicated experience in teaching, training, and practicing, I have had the privilege of guiding numerous individuals on their journey toward physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual enlightenment. My approach to Yoga goes beyond just the physical practice; I emphasize the holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit to foster overall well-being.

I am honoured to be a Gold Medallist and a multiple-award winner in prestigious state, national, and international Yoga championships, which is a reflection of my unwavering commitment and expertise in the field. These accolades have not only strengthened my confidence but have also given me the opportunity to continually refine my practice and teaching methods.

As a master of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga and the Vinyasa Flow style, I bring a deep and nuanced understanding of these practices to my students. My teaching philosophy revolves around mindfulness, fluidity, and a seamless integration of breath with movement. He is a senior teacher at Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School (RVYS) in both India and Bali, where he shares his profound knowledge of yoga, meditation, and wellness. As a Spiritual Meditation Instructor and a Director of Marketing, Sarvottam Ji plays an integral role in promoting and expanding the teachings of RVYS. Additionally, he is a founding member of the school, contributing significantly to its growth and influence in the global wellness community.

Sarvottam Ji's spiritual journey began in 2006 when he became deeply involved with the Art of Living Foundation, a global organization dedicated to meditation, breathing techniques, and promoting mental well-being. His time with the Foundation ignited a passion for deeper knowledge, particularly in the realms of Yoga and Meditation, and set the foundation for his lifelong pursuit of intuitive wisdom.

With a heart full of dedication and discipline, Sarvottam Ji transitioned into formal teaching in 2014, imparting his knowledge and practices to yoga students around the world. Over the years, he has shared his insights in various parts of the world, guiding students not only in the physical postures of yoga but also in understanding the underlying spiritual principles that yoga and meditation encompass.


Born into a Brahmin family, Sarvottam Ji's connection to spirituality runs deep.


His upbringing, rooted in traditional Indian philosophy, instilled in him a reverence for Vedic teachings and a holistic approach to wellness. His interests lie primarily in Hatha Yoga, which he teaches with precision, focusing on its spiritual and physical benefits. Sarvottam Ji also specializes in the study of Indian Vedic Philosophy, which remains a guiding light in his practice and teachings.

I'm Mukesh, and I lead the end-to-end management at Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School. With over 10 years of experience with the school, I have developed a deep understanding of its operations, culture, and values. My expertise lies in efficiently managing all aspects of the school, ensuring a seamless experience for our students, both locally and internationally.

Throughout my journey, I've sharpened communication skills and a deep commitment to fostering a welcoming, supportive environment for our students. Whether it’s assisting with day-to-day operations or helping our students feel at home, I am dedicated to ensuring that every interaction is meaningful.

In addition to my management skills, I also come from a fitness background and have extensive knowledge in yoga and its philosophy. Yoga has been an integral part of my life, both professionally and personally, and I practice it. This combination of management experience and fitness knowledge allows me to provide guidance and support to our students in a holistic manner.

Rajesh Ji was born and raised in Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, where the sacred teachings of spirituality and mindfulness are woven into the very air. Growing up in an environment surrounded by holy saints and spiritual seekers, he was immersed in the ancient traditions of yoga from an early age. His upbringing in such a divine atmosphere has cultivated a profound connection to the yogic path and its deeper teachings, making him a dedicated and compassionate teacher.


As a lifelong student of yoga, Rajesh Ji is an expert in various yogic disciplines, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Kundalini Yoga, Mudra Yoga, and Mantra Chanting.


His diverse expertise allows him to offer a holistic approach to yoga, helping students find balance, health, and spiritual awakening. Currently, Rajesh Ji is furthering his knowledge by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar, where he is deepening his understanding of the philosophical and scientific aspects of yoga.

In 2015, Naveen Ji began his professional yoga journey in his birthplace, Rishikesh – a place known as the "Yoga Capital of the World." His passion for yoga and personal growth drove him to pursue an advanced education in the practice. He earned his Master’s degree in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, strengthening his understanding of these ancient traditions and deepening his connection to the practice.

With his extensive training and practice, Naveen Ji developed a profound understanding of both Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Hello, I’m Sahil, born into a priestly family and raised in the spiritual town of Rishikesh. I have had the privilege of living here my entire life, surrounded by the rich traditions of yoga and nature that this place offers. Over the years, I have developed a deep connection with the wisdom of this land, which has shaped who I am today.

I hold formal education in mountaineering, including a certification in Search & Rescue, ensuring that I am well-equipped to guide and help others in the most challenging conditions. In addition, I have earned a Master’s degree in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, further deepening my understanding of ancient teachings and practices.From a young age, I have been committed to the practice of traditional Hatha Yoga, which has been a lifelong passion and area of expertise. Through years of dedication and practice, I have experienced the transformative power of yoga, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. It is this deep understanding of the practice that I bring into my teachings.

In 2020, I took a further step in my yogic journey by completing training in Sound Healing. I found myself drawn to the powerful vibrations of sound, and it led me to immerse myself in the teachings of NADA YOGA—the Yoga of Sound. This practice has become an essential part of my work, allowing me to guide others with a sense of enthusiasm, joy, and harmony.

I pride myself on being not just a highly skilled and professional teacher, but also someone who embodies authenticity and truth in my connections with others.

His educational voyage led him to the attainment of a post-graduate degree in Yogic Science from Shree Jai Ram Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya. Most recently, he achieved a remarkable feat by clearing the UGC NET examination, underscoring his unwavering commitment and mastery in this field.

For 15 years, I thrived in the corporate world, focusing on operations and people management. Yoga initially appeared solely as physical postures (asanas). But in 2020, yoga found me, revealing its profound depth. Asanas became a gateway to a transformed perspective on life and a passion to delve deeper into its teachings.

My journey to becoming a Yoga teacher involved a rigorous PG diploma from a prestigious century-old Yoga & Research Institute. I also hold a TTC certification and completed a specialized course in Traditional Hatha Yoga, focusing on alignment and prop usage in Rishikesh. Additionally, I’m a certified Yoga Professional through the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.

My passion lies in sharing the multifaceted benefits of Yoga. I teach traditional Hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques (Pranayama & Shuddhi Kriya), meditation, and Yoga Nidra to empower individuals towards healthier, happier lives.
