Keep pushing your limits, while working out (like running) if you are tired then push your limits to go that extra mile that you have never done. if you do this on a regular basis than trust me you will keep on increasing your limits. let me explain it to you with my own example.
Initially, I could only complete 1–2 rounds of my college football field. What I did was I kept trying to do that extra work, Kept trying to run an extra mile.
When I thought I was tired I had no energy left in me, I would challenge my self you run an extra round.
And you know what it worked, later I even clocked to 18 round of the football field. And I turned around things, got selected to the team and did well in many of my college matches.
The question is Why it worked?
The moment you feel like giving up was the place where the comfort zone of your body ended and your mind sends a panic signal to your brain to stop running, telling you can’t do it, you don’t have enough stamina. It is just trickery of our mind which has been designed to keep us in our comfort zone. Keep increasing your workout routine gradually and remember you can’t do it in the day. Just keep pushing your self to do that extra push up, that extra pull up, that extra round, that extra sit up. It’s all about doing that extra work that makes you different.
So go ahead run that extra mile and you will achieve things that you never ever imagined before.
This suggestion is also applied for life. Have the courage to go that extra mile, if you want to be at the top of this game.
